Selfless Women to Remember: An Exhibition of Portraits by Gittings
In partnership with the Junior Leagues of Dallas, Fort Worth and Collin County
In celebration of our 90th anniversary, we are amplifying our dedication to our community by honoring extraordinary women in March for Women’s History Month. Selfless Women to Remember: An Exhibition of Portraits by Gittings will feature and uplift women of yesterday, today and tomorrow who have positively impacted North Texas and beyond.
The exhibition will celebrate the service of 30 women, half of which were selected from the Gittings archives through a community-wide vote. The other half are members of the Junior Leagues of Dallas, Fort Worth and Collin County, each one nominated by her chapter and honored with a Gittings portrait of her own.
The portrait display kicks off at Stanley Korshak in Dallas on March 1 and will travel to the Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center at Baylor Scott and White Fort Worth and The Shops at Willow Bend later in the month. We are so grateful for the partnership of these hosts.
